Terms of use

Who can use the service

You must be 18 or older to use Seasonal Color Finder. Upload only a photo of yourself that you have the right to submit. Do not upload photographs of other people, and do not use the service to identify anyone.

What results mean

Photo analysis and questionnaire results are styling references, not professional advice or a measurement. They can be wrong: lighting, camera processing, filters, makeup and dyed hair all affect the outcome. We do not promise a particular result or any accuracy figure.

Price and availability

The service is free. We do not offer paid plans and do not collect payment. Analysis may be temporarily unavailable, rate limited, or refused when a photo cannot be read reliably. Do not abuse the upload endpoint or attempt to bypass its limits.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photo you upload. You allow us to process it only to produce your analysis, as described in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
